Policies: 

• Appointments are recommened as I also work at another private loction. 

  If purchasing a Living Social or Groupon and there is a "No call/No show" within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the FULL voucher will be redeemed! If you do not have a Living Social or Groupon voucher, Please give a 24 hour cancellation call so this appointment time can be filled.  If booking a massage package (which is with a facial or other spa service) a credit card will be required if the services are more than $100. "No Show Clients" will be required to reserve any future appointments with a credit card. 

• Gratuity the prices of the services do not include gratuties. If you feel like you've received exceptional services and would like to leave a gratutity, then you may at your own discretion.
